I have had a great experience staying in Yama Shizen. I was travelling with group of 5 adults and 1 children. We were staying for four nights. Our room was Yama Shizen 404 East (it was actually comprised of 2 rooms : 404A (more like studio room) and 404B (2 BR with 1 bathroom and 1 toilet). Our living room has a direct view of Mt.Yotei. My mom is on wheelchair; and they have an lift access so it was really convenience for us. It was also quite close proximity to Lawson and Seicomart. Will definitely come back for next winter holiday experience.

We got the penthouse on the 6th floor. We had the best time in Niseko! The rooms are spacious for Japan property. They've got three toilets, definitely a win there.

Very good quality accommodation and we'll located for access to the Gondola. They also offer a valet service for skis and Boots which enables you to drop your skis and Boots at the end of the day just near the Gondola and you can walk back to your apartment in your snow boots which the store for you during the day. They are dry and warm your boots overnight. It is about a comfortable 5 minute walk to the Gondola which you can do in snow boots and then you pick up your ski boots and skis at the gondola. The apartments are modern, large and well furnished.

Clean, modern, good location, well lit apartment with plenty of sunlight coming through. We had 7 pax in a 3 bedroom apartment. Did not feel crowded, with a decent amount of living and dining space. Bedrooms only came with Single beds, not sure if it is just the situation in our apartment. Reasonably well equipped kitchen, nothing fancy but serves all basic needs. Was strangely lacking individual soup/rice bowls though, thought that would have been a staple In Japan. Replacements (toaster and frying pan) were efficiently dealt with, delivered next day or same day.

Great apartments, the only downside is that it is not ski in/out.

Loved it. We booked through Niseko Central who organised everything for us. They had someone waiting at the welcome centre with a van to take us down to the hotel and get as all settled and went through a map of the whole village. (We actually missed her because we were so early and just strolled down to the hotel without knowing she would be there) We had an awesome studio apartment that was super toasty and had a full laundry with dryer and heaps of hanging space. We did laundry every day and all of our thermals and ski gear was always dry by the next morning. Nice and close to the gondola and main lifts and heaps of awesome food and 3 supermarkets were within a 5 minute walk. They even helped organise all of our hire gear and a lift back to the ski locker from Rythm snow sports. We are already organising our next trip.
