It was quite nice but : 1) I thought Japan had a "もったいない culture" but apparently I was wrong: at the entrance, you have to put your shoes in a non reusable plastic bag that is directly put in a big plastic bag when you go out. ...why not using reusable plastic bags for shoes? What a waste. Yunessun clearly don't care about the environment. 2) the parking is very expensive.

Relaxation day at this multi Hot Springs amusement park, we all had a lot of fun here.

Onsen/hot spring theme park with a bathing suit area and traditional area. The bathing suit area has spas infused with red wine, sake, green tea, and coffee. There are a few performances a day when staff refreshes the beverage level in each spa. Outdoor water slide and additional spas with a waterfall, cave and fish tanks. Pay extra to have fish eat dead skin off of your feet or take the zip line (seasonal).

Good place to try if you have never been to an onsen. The swimwear part is nice but may be better suited for family. But it is coed which means you can go in with your partner and also take pics. The wine and coffee baths are quite small and good for just pictures. Nothing spectacular. But the outdoor pool have an amazing view of mountains. I am quite an onsen buff and been to over 25 of them. The onsen part of this spa is above average with good landscaping and multiple outdoor baths. Pro tip: Try the fish spa paying an extra 100. It is amazing and tingly

This hot spring was very relaxing and peaceful. We spent all day here and were very sad when the end of the day came. There are many different areas that you can try out, both indoor and outdoor. Some of the interesting areas included the coffee bath, wine bath and the sake bath. This was one of the few Yunessuns we were able to find that permitted clothing.

Fun place. Can see it getting packed though. 11 year old had fun. Some areas were closed due to the time of year. We were dissapointed the mountain view natural spring was closed. Spent about 3 hours with eating and saw everything in the "swimsuit area". Could not visit the "nude area" due to having tattoos.

Yunessun is a hot spring theme park. It's unique, very interesting and fun place to go with your family. We visited in January so we were mainly indoors, but they do have some outdoors features and they have summer version also. Do try the feature spas - coffee, wine, green tea and sake. Everything is very well organized (lockers, bags, clothes etc.) There are nice food options inside and there is a big souvenir shop at the end. Simply amazing. We would definitely go again if we visit Japan.

Lovely experience! The experiences are very unique to Japan. There is a red wine bath, a sake bath, a green tea bath, and a coffee bath. The open air bath has a gorgeous view of the mountain below. Getting up the mountain is difficult unless traversed by bus.
