I went there today, The staff seems new as I have been sending money there many times. he mistakenly ask me for something and never said sorry. I just went there today to send money for my IT certification and he told me he cannot process it because it is not someone I know but if you look at their service, it said about school for purpose. I am now looking for other way to send money because the staff is nosey. you should also be aware because as what he told me, western union won't allow you to send money to someone you don't know. it includes payment for schools. He seems nosey so please be aware of that and by any chance i shouldn't have spoken to him or even should pretend that I cannot speak japanese.
