Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Staff on hand that were able to speak English and helped me through the process of renting a lens as well as servicing my Fujifilm XT-2. Affordable lens rental service and free rentals if you return on the same day! Lenses not rentable from Tokyo Midtown location, but Marunouchi was great. Will go again.

Worth a visit - first, for the photo exhibition area, then, to drool over the cameras- and if you are interested in Fujifilm cameras they have the full range of their crop and medium-format cameras and lenses available as loaners for free or a minimum fee. Fujifilm users seemed to be getting service and advice. Of course, they're happy to help because a Fuji-user- I'm tempted myself.
Went for the camera repair. They seem to be very strict about COVID-19 measures.
durin a trip to Japan I accidentally smashed one of my Fuji lenses and it was really damaged. I went to see the shop staff here and after 5 minutes of backstage workshop examination, 2 very friendly employees told me reapair was possible. I signed a repair order and a few days later, the lense was sent back to the Hotel I stayed. Lense works perefactly agaion, cost was moderate. Great service, great people work there.
Here it's located the repair shop for Fujifilm cameras and lenses. I've received great attention from the staff, and the repair was done quickly and right. The place also showcases photo expositions and the XF and GXF camera systems. Highly recommended!!!
