Management is the core department of S.I. group of companies, providing vast ranges of business support services. Founded as S.I. Investments Limited, by Mr Michele MATSUDA as subsidiary of Sun Innovation Holdings Limited (HKEx listed company: 0547) in 2002, the Company has been engaged in source financing to and business consulting on real estate property investments, mainly in Hong Kong and Macao as well as providing investment consulting services and capital management in east Asia. In 2009, the Company was acquired and wholly owned by Mr Matsuda to expand the scope of business. In 2010, S.I. Management Co., Limited was set up in Tokyo to start consulting services to Japanese investors. In 2013, our name was renamed to S.I. Management Limited. Mr Michele MATSUDA invited Mr Hironori KOBAYASHI to join the management to reinforce our service towards Japanese investors who intend to extend or move their main business basis to Hong Kong and other Asian countries. The two professionals have been leading their business projects extensively in Japan, Hong Kong, S. E. Asian countries, and Europe.
