Poor station design. Hard to find wheel chair assessible exits. Inside station, going between sides with luggage is a nightmare since thrte are no working elevators and existing escalators are not symmetric meaning you always have to walk a flight of stair.

All the tourists hauling their luggage up the B4 exit must not realize there's an elevator at exit A4 halfway to Bakuroyokoyama. The east side also has an elevator near the B1 exit. This makes it a convenient base for a trip (unlike Asakusa which has like, a single elevator) since it's also an express stop so you can get to Haneda and Narita without having to transfer. JR line (Asakusabashi) is also a 10 minute walk away so you can get to the western part of Tokyo easily as well.

Small metro station I used a couple days on my visit. Was clean and tidy and sometimes busy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at APA Higashi Nihon-bashi so I be the station couple times per day. Small station but the staffs were really helpful. Ticket value adding machines here were also pretty easy to use.
