There's no lift in the exit nearest to Seiroka (St. Luke's Hospital) so your only choice is the long narrow stairs. If you're sick or pregnant or have a disability, probably better to take a taxi.
Tsukiji fish market is near here.
A rather functional subway stop. Be careful going into Exit 4 as there are signs that say there are no connections to other platform.

Small metro station close to Tsukuji Market. Was clean and not very busy.
