Great monkfish hotpot experience. The onwer/chief initially had reservation about receiving non Japanese customers, but proved to be a wonderful host as one of us speaks Japanese. It began with great soup stock, then different vegetables and monkfish parts were added. The liver was added at last and was wonderfully rich and creamy. The congee at the end was the most satisfying way to cap off a wonderful dinner.

とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 大将の料理に対する真摯な姿勢を感じることができます。 素材へのこだわりは、半端ないです。 例えば、魚については産地だけででなく、どの漁師さんが捕った魚なのかにまで、こだわるいるそうで、その理由など、お話聞いてるととても面白いです。 また、鮟鱇の刺身のように、他ではなかなか食べられないものもあります。 どれもとても美味しかったです。 今回は、あんこう鍋のコースだったのですが、次は時季を変えて、他のものが食べてみたいです。 また、必ず伺います！！！
