We had a terrible experience here with the JPY5,500 set lunch, on May 18 2019. The main dish of two types of beef was absolutely horrible. The meat was full of tendon.. so tough you cannot cut through, I had to tear the meat apart. It was worse than chewing a piece of tasteless rubber . The descriptions on its website is a complete misrepresentation (a lie actually) of the actual meal. Go there at your own risk. The first star was for GINZA 6, the 2nd star was for the table setting ; otherwise a -5 rating. I have never had such bad encounter in Japan, A REAL shame. The worst part was when we (all four of us) turned the dish back, the staff just shrugged.

銀座シックス13階にあるお店です。 六本木で有名な旬熟成。ずっと行きたいと思いながら六本木店よりも先に銀座シックスに入っているこちらのお店に来てしまいました。 基本は全てコースで12,000円のコースを堪能しました。色んな調理法で発酵熟成肉が楽しめます 全部美味しかったなぁ。 夜景がキレイで記念日や誕生日とかに良さそう。雰囲気もよくて料理も美味しいのでデートとかで連れて行ってくれたらすごく嬉しい！
海外からのお客様のおもてなしに使いました。 一人 1,2000円のディナーコースを頂きました。 ハンバーガーのミニチュアを組立るなど、一皿 一皿 工夫があり 美味しさと共に 皆 大満足していました。 おすすめ出来ます！
ディナーで行きました、2種類のコースメニューのみ。 店員さんがまず店内の説明をしながら席に案内してくれます。 内装や食器、グラスがモダンな作りで見ていて楽しい。 食事も、盛り付けがおしゃれで目で楽しめる。 熟成肉は柔らかくてとろけるように美味しい。 私服でラフな格好で行ってしまったのですが、店員さんがドレスコードは特にないと言ってたので、気取らずに高級なお肉が楽しめるレストランです(o)
ランチでいただきましたが、安くなってるコースでないとコスパ的に厳しいと感じました。料理はどれも美味しかったです。
