Have been visiting here since a long time cause this was the only English speaking clinic in the area. The diagnosis is very poor, it's never been accurate. I started visiting because my daughter always had cough..they kept on saying it's common cough and cold and eventually it increased to the extent of pnemunia. I thought it might be just one off. Next time also when cough started again, they stated with normal cough treatment. After realising it's not deceeasind, they put her on asthma treatment and sadly the cough increased a lot after taking those medicine. When consulted again they put her on a different treatment. Its too random. I changed my mind n now consult at some other place.
看護師さんも受付の方もフレンドリーでとても優しかったです。 予防接種などで定期的に通っていたら顔も覚えてもらえて「大きくなったね。上手にできたね！えらいね！」など声もかけてもらえたので嬉しいです。 子どもだけじゃなく、子どもがいる先生からは医者目線と親目線の両方で子育てアドバイスもしてもらえました。 先生によって多少の差はありますが、説明が分かりやすく丁寧な先生もいてありがたいです。
ここは使い方次第。 他の方の口コミにあるように、例え風邪症状でもきちんと診て貰いたければ他院を受診しています。土日や夜遅くまでやっているので、とりあえず塗りくすりや便秘薬程度が直ぐ欲しければこちらに行っています。 私の周りでは、土日や夜だったのでとりあえずキャップスを受診したが、かかりつけ医を受診し直す人が多いです。理由は他の方の口コミ通り。 ちなみに事前にWEB問診を済ませていても全く目を通していませんのでご注意を。受付は最悪です。
土日や夜21時まで開いているのは助かります。 子供はなぜか土日や夜遅くに発熱するので… 看護師さん、お医者様、みんな親切です。 駅から近いのも助かります。
先生がとても親切で分かりやすく、待ち時間もそこまでかかりません。
