The Soubu express, Hachiko, Yokohma lines go here. The ‘eight princes’ name seems to have come from Buddhism. I am no master of Buddhist mythology(although you can call me a Buddhist) but the princes are said to be those of the bull-head king, 牛頭天王。 Don't ask me who he is. I just told you I don't know that much about Buddhist mythology. Edit: According to Wikipedia it is the Hindu god Indra or the Japanese god Susano. I wonder how that could be.
Have been living here for 3 months, starting to like more and more about this place! It has everything you need, it has variety of stores, so there is no necessary for you to go shinjuku to buy stuffs. For anime lover, there are animate, tower records and animega to fulfill your desire
