Oh my God. This is a must visit destination for anyone who loves animals. Australia doesn't have hedgehogs so go actually see them and pat them was a truly magical experience. You also get the chance to feed them which isn't really that exciting to be honest. Don't bother with the extra charge to feed them. But to play with them that's the best experience.

Best experience of animal cafés that I've ever had! The hedgehogs were so adorable and fun to play with! You could just pick them up and they would just lay in your hand and fall asleep! Really worth the money; we had a great time and the staff was also very friendly and treated the hedgehogs very well! ️

It was a nice too get too see these little hedgehogs up close. They were sleepy and seemed content. I paid for the extra treats too feed them but they gave us about r meal worms for an extra I think 5 that was not worth it at all. We wanted to see the one with the otters so we then walked a few blocks away, but when we got there we seen an enclosure they were in and it was sad too see how small the enclosures we're for those awesome animals. I definitely wouldn't go to the otter exhibit to support how they are living. They need bigger enclosures for the otters.

I had the most amazing time with my boyfriend here! The staff are friendly and speak good English. We paid for 1 hour, which was enough time (although we could've stayed for hours!). The hedgehogs are well looked after and it's so fun to watch them play or just see them sleep in your hand. Highly recommend if you're in Harajuku!

This is my first ever theme cafe so I might be a bit bias in the star rating. Also be prepared to have your heart stolen by these adorable hedgehogs! The cafe is a decent size. They have a couch area and also bar area. You have the option to purchase 30min or 60 min time slot with snack option. The snack is referring to feed the hedgehogs, which imo, is worth the extra to do it. I thought 30 min was good enough to experience this but you can alway add time to stay longer. Refreshments are vending machines in the back for drinks, otherwise just pet away. I went on a weekday around 1pm so there was no wait at all for a group of 6.
