Very classy restaurant. You can enjoy \Fu\ and \Yuba\ made from soy beans. Delicious.

Food was very unique and delicious. Got waitlisted and a cancellation notice on the day, which is nice. I felt a bit rushed there, however. They serve the second and third before me finishing the first plate. The price is reasonable for this type of food and location (3,850 yen), but service can be better.
