Good for kids
Great place for a family outing. I think kids will love it. A lot of ostriches to check out and you can feed them as well. There is also a small zoo area with a lot of different animals you can pet and feed. I highly recommend trying the ostrich burger at the store area.

I lived in Ibaraki for 3 years and never knew about it ! Then I discovered it is the biggest Ostrich farm in Japan!
All the animals were super cute and seemed healthy but I think the conditions of the place and the welfare of the animals can be improved, especially that of the smaller birds. All the birds were on extremely short tethers and they can’t even fly more than a few centimetres off their perches. That was sad to see. A parrot was also trying to pick the tether off of its leg. I think this place and its patrons can do without the birds if they’re going to be kept like this.
Great place! Lots of animals, most of them you can touch. Price is fair and the staff are friendly! Check it out!
