Nice lo-fi vibes. Kinda chill in an otherwise slow area.
Everyone is always searching for their "hidden gem". This cafe certainly fits the bill. Located behind a busy street a few minutes walk from the station, it has a mix of the European/North American cafe style and menu, with the quality and hospitality you expect in Japan. Staff speaks English, and the coffee selection and preparation is top notch. I recommend the tuna panini and black French press coffee (or caramel latte if you like a bit more flair with your caffeine). Great spot to study alone or catch up with friends. One of the best cafés in the city, end of story.
When this place opened in the Shimura area last year, I didn't have high expectations for it. The area is known for its great izakaya style eateries and its snack bars, not /really/ for its high end shops. Sunday Morning Coffee brings a breath of fresh air to the neighborhood with their delicious food, but most importantly, fairly priced and carefully crafted coffee. The staff is friendly and calm, which matches the vibe of the shop perfectly. I make sure to visit at least every other week to relax and get some studying done. The panini never disappoints and I also recommend the s'mores. They're incredible. You can also buy coffee beans to bring a piece of SMC home with you.
スパイスラテとチャイを注文しましたが、スパイスがたっぷりと入っていて、一口目から攻めてるなぁ〜と感じました。最後の方はスパイスの塊が口の中で複雑に香りを広げてくれて、コーヒーを飲んだというよりスパイスを味わったという気分になりました。女性が好きそうな味です。
商店街から1本入った路地にあるSunday morning coffee stand。 カウンターで注文し先払いシステム。 コンクリート打ちっぱなしの店内のイスやテーブルは木製で暖かみがあります。 クッションやテーブル下に敷かれた絨毯にセンスが光ります。 パニーニ（ツナ）450 ペーパードリップで煎れたhouseblendコーヒー420 N.Y.チーズケーキ480 を頂きました。 ブレンドは2種類。 ビター派なので、酸味の少ないハウスブレンドを。 パニーニはツナの塩っ気がまた美味しくペロリと平らげてしまいました。 さぁ。お待ちかねのチーズケーキ しっとりとしたチーズケーキにオレンジのソースがまた相性抜群！！ しっかりとした重量感で満足な食べ応え。ビターなコーヒーとももちろん またチーズケーキが恋しくなった頃に伺います
志村坂上駅出口から34分の路地に有る隠れ家的カフェ。 落ち着いて本格コーヒーが楽しめる。 うるさくしてはダメなので、若い人がグループではお勧めできない。
2020.01.18 15:30ころ 落ち着いた雰囲気のお店。 チーズケーキが食べたくて、、、やっと訪問！ カフェラテもラテアートされてて、、、 しっかりとした味、、美味しいっ！ チーズケーキと、ショコラケーキを注文。 チーズケーキは、甘すぎず、マンゴー？ソースと絡めて美味しい。。 ショコラケーキは、苦味と甘味がちょうど良くて、チーズケーキより好みかも。。 その他、パニーニも気になりメニュー。 宇治抹茶ラテも美味しそうでした、、、 お一人様が多く、あまり大きい声は出せない。 混雑時は90分制っぽいです！ また、ゆっくり行きたいなー。。 ごちそうさまでした()
