Came here during mid December and followed the track people left in snow. Nothing special since everything was covered in snow, but you can see and hear the geothermal geysers spitting out steam. It was really quiet and the view was spectacular. You can also proceed to Asahidake from here. Be sure to wear snow shoes and stay on track or you might fall into holes where the snow is not packed.

散策路途中にある避難小屋です。計画的な宿泊はできません。
一年四季都有自己的特點，是個好地方，山下喝的都是積雪融水，甜甜的。
昔の石室に一泊しました。快適だったなー
緊急避難用として設置されています。積雪時は旭岳側（東）の二階窓から出入りします。緊急時以外の宿泊は不可で、中に人を見たことがありません。
天気の良い日に旭岳へ山スキーで上り下りしました。
