Humble place. Spacious villa, but not much around it to do or enjoy. You need to bring everything as if you are going camping. Mattresses and blankets smelled quite used. But it did the trick to get us out of the city and a bit closer to Mount Ishizuchi.

I stayed here as part of the henro house program and enjoyed my stay. Henro house will be different than normal customer experience but heavily discounted. You stay in a staff bed room and in my case was able to socialize with some people from all over the globe who are working there for room and board. The bbq meal was wonderful with high quality ingredients and was a nice change from normal ryokan meals. Enjoyable experience and good location. Thanks!
Very quiet place, in the middle of nature with a beautiful view on the mountains. Cottages are cosy and comfortable, pretty spacious and luminous. Most have tatami floor. Very friendly staff, eager to learn English. In the area, playground for kids, planetarium, a small castle. 40min drive from Matsuyama city. Also accessible by bus.

Stayed for one night in October 2016. Disappointed with the 5 person cabin mainly because of the maintenance is not done properly: - Mold odor when we take out those quilts from the closet. - Cups and bowls in the kitchen is not clean. Is it because I came in a low season? And surprisingly they have someone speaking fluent English in the counter.
Cute place, nice staff. Incredibly quiet and a fantatsic view of the stars.
