Highly recommended! He was very clear in the email which made me understand my choices very well. He also suggests the best option for you, he does not just think of his profit i.e. not suggesting repair for keyboard because my laptop is too old and other parts are damaged too, so even though it'll bring more money for him if I repair it, he did not recommend it.

He SAVED my life and my wallet. I had a pc total malfunction. The repair shop near my place asked double the price of my laptop to fix it and at least 1 week waiting, no explanation, take it or leave it kind of deal. That is when I found LoreaTec on Tokyocheapo's website. Even before he ever met me he explained all of the possible problems, how to fix them, what parts cost and any other options I had. Long story short, he fixed my computer at a fraction of what other companies wanted me to pay them and even gave me instructions of what to do if something similar happens.

Lantz is the guy who is in charge and founder of LoreaTec. He speaks English, Spanish and Japanese as well. Fortunately, the issue with my laptop wasn't so bad, so it was fixed the same day when I came. He was very kind and explicative, so I would recommend him specially for foreigners or Japanese people who want to check their computer with calm. 100% recommended.

Great service, I sent him an email explaining my problem and they gave appointment on the same day. Lantz is very friendly and professional, explaining everything to me so that I could understand what needed to be done. In 3 years living in Japan I had a lot trouble communicating with PC repair shops and the cost is always very high. LoreaTec worth every yen of their excellent and trustworthy service.
