A fairly small but surprisingly busy fitness gym, this place has machines and free weights, a studio for classes, bikes, treadmis and an open running ring plus a smallish pool and great bath (not an Onsen, but nice just the same). Membership packages are reasonable for the area. Plenty of parking.

日中は9割ぐらいが年配の方です。 老人も沢山います。 黙々とトレーニングする方もいますが、多くの方がお喋りをしながら、のんびり身体を動かしている様子で、高齢者の暇つぶしの憩いの場と化しています。 必要最低限のマシンがあり、プールもお風呂もあってコスパ的には良いと思います。 スタジオも様々なレッスンがありますが、人数に限りがあるので、日中はおばさんに占領されています。 高齢にもかかわらず、肌を露出したおばさんたちが沢山いてなかなか面白いです。 ストレスなくフィットネスを楽しみたいなら夕方から行くことをお勧めします。
