Went in on a Tuesday evening around 3:30 pm with no appointment for a general gyno check up. Luckily it was not busy at all and It was pretty speedy. The doctor was fluent in english and she was very nice. The lady at the reception was also very nice but shy to speak english. I do not speak Japanese (yet) but we somehow found a way to communicate. 10/10 would recommend.

I called in a couple days ago to make a appointment. They told me it would be busy on Saturday, but I chose to come in anyway. I had to wait for quite a while for a pap smear and to get some pills. I think in total, it took 3 hours. I brought a book, though! I think weekday evenings are less busy, especially if you come in right when they open. The doctor and nurses don’t really speak English beyond a few basic words/phrases and medical terms, but they offer paperwork in English. I felt I was ok with my so-so Japanese. The nurses, staff, and doctors were very kind. The place itself is clean, but a little cold (too much AC \u003e\u003c). Overall, I feel safe coming to this clinic and am grateful their working hours fit mine.
I went here for almost 2 years. We communicated in a mix of English and Japanese. Their English is not good, but they have bigger problems. They almost never explained things in detail, have a rotation of doctors so you hardly ever see the same person and I felt like a piece of sushi on a conveyor belt, the costs of exams, tests, and things are not clear, and the wait time is long- more than hour every time. The last straw for me was when I went for consultation about IVF, and although I shouldn't have started the injections because it was 4 days after my period started (you need to start on your first day), the doctor said it was fine. I would've missed almost half the necessary injections, which decreases your chances of producing quality eggs. I talked to 3-4 other doctors, and they all agreed that at most you can miss 1-2 injections. I realized that they were lying, and don't care if you can't produce quality eggs, because then you then would have to come back and spend more money. They're just playing with your money and time. Please avoid this clinic if you can. For regular check-up, maybe they would be ok, but for fertility problems I definitely regret going there. Besides that, they also order outdated tests for researching fertility problems, like the Huner test, and used outdated fertility drugs, like the nasal spray. I also had a uterus x-ray, and they didn't provide even an aspirin, even though it is EXTREMELY painful.
No issues, but beware the occasional hour wait times. I haven't visited any other ob/gyn in Japan, but all the horror stories about Japanese gynecologists' awful treatment of women were not true for me personally here. Nurses are courteous, the systems are efficient enough, and the office is clean and centrally located. Birth control pills are not covered by any health insurance and will cost a pretty penny. Japan has a long way to go with regard to women's health policies, but Oak Umeda was all right. They speak Japanese but have paperwork in English.
内膜症や筋腫があるので、他に不妊要素がないか知りたくて来院しました。 平日の昼に初診予約でしたが、１時間くらい待ちました。雑誌がいっぱいあります。Wi-Fiはなかったです。 尿検査もありました。トイレ我慢して行って良かった。 小さめの声で、番号で呼ばれるので耳をすますか、診察室の前のソファにいるのがいいかも。ただ、そこに雑誌はない(笑) 他の口コミな方にあるような無愛想な接客はなかったです。 受付は1人みたいで、常には受付にあえないみたいですが。無愛想というより、愛嬌がない感じ。ただ、会計のときに笑顔でお話したので、まぁ、普通です。私は気にならなかったです。 先生も無愛想でも、話を聞いてくれないことはなかった。笑顔だったし、治療の方針をどんどん提案されるので、不妊治療な事をある程度勉強してからだったら分かりにくい事はないのでは。質問にも丁寧に答えて頂きました。 不妊治療にストレスは大敵だというので、自分と合わないと思えばさっさと転院すればいいくらいの気持ちでいて、とりあえずタイミングまではこちらでお世話になろうか考え中です。
女医さんだと思い調べて行きました。 全く親身になってくれることも無く、話しも途中で切り上げられました。 かなり無愛想ですし、不安も取り除いてくれることはありませんでした。 受付の方も最悪です。初診の時からとても無愛想で話をしていても目も合わせてきません し、不快でした。河回か通院していますが、どの日も態度は同じ。本当に気分が悪くなります。 皆さんが書いているように、間違いなくこのチェーンクリニックヘは通ってはいけません。 通っているならば直ぐにでも転院すべきです。ファミリーレストランのチェーンの方が、まだましだと思います。
