First time in Karuizawa and first meal at this place. And what a meal!!!!! We tried their set meal it was just amazing. They even brought the desert in with happy birthday on it on my GF's plate(that was a surprise)..that just hit the spot!!! Ambience 5 Staff 5 Food 5 Highly recommended!!

Food not good and overpriced. Everything was made of foam with no substance. Gazpacho had sweet coconut ice cream inside, Tortilla was entirely made out of egg foam with almost no ham or potatoes, „paella“ had one (!) shrimp and other than that consisted of pasta. Paid 2,000 yen for this and left hungry.

Great ambience, good honest no BS food and all lighter than the usual Spanish fare: instead of tortilla you get an ultra fluffy egg soufflé, instead of mayonaise a mayo espuma, good ham, capers and decent wine selection. Interior feels a bit like Trunk Hotel but brighter. We'll be back

渋谷の店が良かったので、軽井沢も利用してみた。雰囲気は随分違うけど、やっぱり美味しい。同じ料理でも微妙に違う感じが面白い。店内で、ハムやチョリソーが買えるので、いくつか買ってみたが、チョリソーは店と同じで良かった。

ツインラインホテル内にあるスペイン料理店！ ホテルに宿泊したのでディナー利用しました ホセ・ルイスはスペインのマドリードにある スペイン料理の老舗で なんとスペイン王室御用達のお店だそうです スペイン料理はあまり食べる機会が無いし、 旅行先の宿で本格的なスペイン料理が食べれるなんて幸せです ディナーのコースは以下のメニューでした ・ピンチョスの盛り合わせとガスパッチョ ・冷製のトマトスープ　ココナッツソルベ ・ビーツのゼリー 下にマグロのマリネが敷かれています ・フォアグラのプリン ・オリーブとイワシの青唐辛子の酢漬け ・コカ　スペイン風のピザ ・蟹のピキージョ パプリカとエビのソース ピーマンの中に蟹のクリームソースが入っていて美味しい ・信州野菜を使ったエリカリバータ ・イベリコ豚のカツレツ カルパドスとバルサミコ酢 キャベツ、オニオンビルグレット ジューシーサクサクで美味しいです ・ホセライス パエリアの上にスペイン風のオムレツ 上にエビフライ中には蟹の身が入って アイオリソースのエスプーマ マヨネーズとニンニクのソースが添えられています。 海老と蟹の出汁たっぷりのご飯が美味しい ・りんごのタルトタタン タルトタタンのアイス 青リンゴのアイス すべてりんごで作られたもの 暗めの雰囲気でとってもムーディー 軽井沢のレストランにしては価格控えめなコースもあっていいですね

都内にあるらしい店舗には行ってません。 ここが初めてです。 軽井沢にあって新しい感じします。 新しくできたホテルの一階にありました。 ホテルのモーニングもここで食べるのかな？ スペイン料理はスペインらしかったです。 日本のスペイン料理より、味が海外っぽい。 ちょうど良い塩梅では無いです。 でも、それが良かったです。 盛り付けは本番スペインとは違うんでしょうか。 とてもオシャレでした。 色々な口コミが有りますが、行ってよかったです。
