Very hard to spot manufacture and shop. It's a house in the middle of other houses in a small non-commercial street. A sign and three glasses in a window outside indicate the place. You have to get in, remove your shoes and go to the third floor. It really feels like trespassing into a private property. I found sofas, tables and even a cat sleeping on a box. The shop room itself isn't very big. But then, you will find the finest, highest quality (and of course highest prices) kiriko glass. Traditional designs, modern designs, different colors, styles, sizes with incredible amounts of perfectly crafted small details. This house even have their original patterns like the amazing rice grain pattern. There's no competition for this place, and they plan to open a much more easy to access shop in June 2016. It really looks like a museum for kiriko glasses masterpieces, except a museum wouldn't gather that many items at once. If you want the finest of the finest and you have very very deep pockets, visiting this place is a no-brainer, it's there for you.

両親の結婚60周年記念に一対のグラスを購入しました。 陳列されている作品ひとつひとつに込められた思いと誇りが見る者を吸い込み、その美しさに魅了されてしまいます。 素晴らしい伝統工芸ですね。
物は素晴らしく、購入したが…店の小母さんの自慢&他業者/他産地disが凄まじく、辟易した。 そこまで他者を貶さなければ売れないのか？ 残念ながら伝統工芸の分野ではありがちだったりするが、ここの言い方は名誉毀損、営業妨害で訴えられたら確実に負ける最悪レベル。
江戸切子の本物を求めているならここしかない。住宅街にある普通の民家が工房兼お店になっており、入るときにはインターホンを鳴らしスリッパに履き替えて三階に階段で登ります。このアットホームさに隠れ、家中のいたるところに細かい細工のキリコが使われてます。 日本橋の洗練されたお店もよいですが、工房と直結しているここならではで、陳列されてない商品や絵柄の組み合わせなどをとってきてもらえたり、はたまた時間が許すなら簡単なカスタマイズも可能。 イキなお店です。
奥さまが丁寧に製法や特徴を説明くださいました。店舗は民家ですが、切子が並ぶ素敵なところです。
父親の還暦のプレゼントで江戸きりこを購入しました。 スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。
本当の江戸切子とは何かをレクチャーしつくれとても勉強になった。
亀戸のこの界隈には15軒ほどの江戸切子の職人の家が有ったそうですが、現在はこの華硝さんのみ残っているとのこと。サミットで来日した各国の首脳へのお土産としても提供されるほどの、腕のいい職人さんによる作品をこちらで見ることができます。切子作成の体験もできるそうです。
