設備も良く講師もプロのお料理教室。 講師のデモンストレーションを拝見してから実際の調理に入るので、わかり易い。 良い素材を使えるので出来上がりも美味しい。 この日は、焼くタイプのお饅頭、キツネうどん、お月見ぜんざい。 自宅でも再現出来るように使用食材や手順を細やかに教えてくれるので有り難い。
