I’ve spent well over five thousand dollars in the past here for multiple items over the years. Today I showed up to an empty showroom and was told I have to make an appointment to get assistance (despite two staff being at the front desk with no other guests anywhere to be seen). I asked to therefore “make an appointment “ then was told in a cheeky voice I can only do so on their webpage (all in Japanese) and there was no offer to assist with the webpage - in other words “foreigners not welcome”. Finally they just took a pencil booking saying they could do something after all. So good luck if you are a foreigner. Japanese snobbery and addiction to “rules” and zero tolerance for non-robotic actions. It’s like a scene from robocob. Just another miracle of this culture, daily eroding the possibility of happiness, in the name of correctness.

Magnificent showroom. Carefully designed around providing best experience for affordably 'high-end' kitchens and bathroom systems. Professionally trained show-room staffs enhance your experience. Not to mention that a barrista of the cafe inside is one of the best in the world.

サンワカンパニーさんのショールーム。有明フロンティア時代から利用させて頂いています。表参道から外苑へかなり良い場所へ移転されていますが、価格はリーズナブルなまま。コロナ禍で見学予約が取れないですが、スタッフの方の案内がなければ1時間という制約はありながらも比較的見学は気楽にできました。カタログで目星をつけてから来たほうが早いしスマートです。現在は1Fの飲食サービスがないので、少し寂しい感じでした。商品は新しいものが次々投入されていて前回訪れた時より充実していました。
展示は多い方ですが、基本的に買って自分でやってなので、スタッフの対応が他人事
