The employee who took care of our bill came straight from cleaning the toilet without washing (or even wiping) his hands. I later called the manager and explained what happened. He did not seem to understand what the issue was so I had to explain it to him. Pretty sure this is a common occurrence and they bring food to customers in the same way. Update: The owner replied saying that he checked with the staff and manager but they said that they washed their hands. He apologized for taking care of the bill with wet hands. I would not have bothered to call them or write a review if they just had wet hands. I wish I had a video to prove it. I saw the guy cleaning the back of the toilet seat with a towel, and when I called for him he stood up, put down the towel on the sink and came straight to us. I’m not surprised that the staff who did it lied about it because he would get in trouble, but I’m very upset that the owner did not believe me. Without proof, there is nothing more I can do but let everyone know about it.

Avoid at this place at all costs. What a waste of time by having to put up with the world's most arrogant server and food didn't even make up for that. Junk.

焼肉はイマイチ。本当にA4A5の焼肉なのか疑ってしまうレベル。 チゲ鍋など料理は美味しかったのにガッカリ。
先日行ったので投稿しました。期待していましたが、お肉の味がいまいちでした。ビビンバはそこそこおいしかったです。
ランチでの利用 入り口が少し分かりにくいです 焼き肉ランチ980円、A4 A5肉利用とのことですが、そこまでの良さは感じませんでした。 量は不足感がないほどあります 提供までに少し時間がかかり、喫煙可能ですので人によっては臭いなど気になりました。
