Was not so happy with this restaurant. Figured it would be good since it's in midtown. Was so wrong. Food was confusing. There was nothing Mexican about what we ate except for guacamole. Music was odd and not fitting either. Strange place. Would not recommend.

Service was great. Setup is nice as well. The food... Not so great. Frozen tortillas and the food is lacking spice. Totally japanized Mexican. Came here for lunch, so it may be different for dinner..

Great Guacamole! And awesome views of the cherry blossoms. Food is good, they have live music certain nights, call and ask.

Good service but not so good food, at least as long as authentic Mexican food is concerned.

Nice food and service! Even if it is mexican food, they do it not too spicy which is how i like. View to Midtown park.

Located in Midtown, which is flush with foreigners, one would expect some authenticity in the foreign cuisine. However, Mexican food has not quite infiltrated Japan, and outside of Tokyo, it may be difficult to find someone who knows what a taco is. I came here for lunch on a Saturday, and we were able to be seated immediately on the outside patio. I ordered the fish tacos and my boyfriend ordered the chicken burrito. Also with our meal came a corn soup, salad bar, drink of our choice, and a small cream cake. The fish tacos consists of three corn tortillas, each with a small fish butterflied and fried. On top of that was a small scoop of a pico de gallo. On the side was a small dish of green tomato salsa, pickled onions, and jalapeños. The tacos were very small, and with the sides, would only qualify as a small lunch. The tacos were completely overpowered by the taste of the corn tortillas, which being thick and stiff, crumbled away as you were trying to eat them. Flavor-wise, the pickled onions and jalapeños rescued the tacos, otherwise doomed for blandness. I also tried my boyfriend's "burrito" which was in reality a deconstructed enchilada. Regardless.. this dish consisted of rice wrapped in a flour tortilla (not a bean to be seen!). Atop the wrap, was a nicely cooked piece of chicken, drizzled with a tomatoey sauce. On the side was guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. The flavor was good in and of itself, but at the price of almost 2000 yen, some expectations have to be met. In conclusion, if you've never had Mexican food before and you want to feel adventurous or exotic, this place will satisfy you while making you feel classy in a way most Mexican places won't. The prices in this joint are a bit pricy (ranging from around 15-20 for lunch) and the dishes are a bit off, but the place has a nice vibe and service is reassuring.
