Bad service. Staffs are not attentive, motivated or happy. Best to go to other Mango trees. Food is worse than other stores. And the whole restaurant stinks. Kitchen looks dirty.

The food is tasty! They should make more variety for half and half lunch menus though. Not everyone eats pork or spicy food!

Decent food, nothing to shout about, at a very convenient location. Ideal for somebody who works late and wants a quick bite without having to eat junky food. Waiting time for food was surprisingly short. Particularly liked how they did not go easy on the chilli for the glass noodle salad.

Nice lunch menu and dessert selection. Have not been there during dinner time. But I liked that food is not too hot and even people sensitive to spicy food like me can eat it. I have been here for lunch many times and I can tell that staff is very slow. You might have to wait before they notice you in the entrance. Staff walking around taking orders while you are waiting and acting like they don't see you. It spoils all impression about the place.

They have a patio area but I chose to stay indoors because the weather is just too hot and muggy. Still good food. I went back there late night and it felt much better.

The food was good and it's conveniently located right across Shinagawa Station! I could have beer before getting on Shinkansen. All their menus include English under the Japanese.
