Today I visited this shop to buy Halal meat. The quality of the service is terrible. Terrible is not the correct word to describe the service. I have never come across with such a service. The price of rice, meat (boneless) and chicken (boneless) are the way higher in this shop than other sellers (Gyoumu supermaket and Costco). Last time, they sold the rice claiming it the cheapest I can find. However, the next day I found the same rice for 600 yen cheaper at Costco. I am shocked by the attitude of the General Manager of the shop. He said that he doesn't care about consumers (Muslims), what he cares is money and a profit. And this is the General Manager of the Halal Foods Shop, which poses itself as the main shop providing Halal products to Muslims in Japan. I hope that this approach towards customers is not the company's approach, and the company will reconsider it.

サービスが悪すぎる。 2年間注文してきたが、もう注文しない。 連絡が遅くて、日本語でのメールに英語で返事するなんて。ありえない！！！ 間違った肉類入ったりする。 注文した量を間違える。 電話での対応が下手。 日本語が下手。
何度も注文したことありますが、届くっ物には間違った商品送ったり、注文商品のお金を払ったが、商品は送ってなかったり間違えが多いです。問い合わせしたら、次回送ってもらうように調整が必要です。 I have ordered from them many times, they sent the wrong product to the delivered item or paid for the order item, but they didn't send the item. カレー用のスパイスを数種類買った。１番少ない量で200から。家庭用だとだいぶ頻繁に使わないとなかなか減らなそう。値段は安い！！ただ、スパイスを探してもらうのにとても時間が掛かる。駐車場も限られていて、路駐だったので１人で行くと不安かも。
