It’s super tiny local airport. Basically for residents in island. Looks like a train station. Super small and really locally. They say this island itself has not had developed for tourism therefore not friendly and good for tourists. But some says they remain great nature without development. But this airport facility is really old dated. But staffs were really friendly and good!! Enjoy!!

(2019/09)9-11時、14-16時の毎日2往復の発着時のみに開く。その他の時間は施錠されて、入れない。発着手続き以外の設備としては、カフェヘミングウェイと多良間島特産品直売店のみ。 カフェヘミングウェイは、高知出身の長岡さん(阪神ファンでもある)が、製塩の合間に開いているカフェ。ソルトコーヒーが美味しい。店内にはその多良間の塩やお土産物をはじめ、多良間の本、製塩の資料までいっぱい。好きな人はこの雑多な雰囲気にハマる。到着時にさっそくいろいろ島の情報を教えてもらうのもいいだろう。気さくな人なので、楽しく過ごせる場所。島の人もお茶しに来る。 村行きの村営バスが、飛行機、船の発着時に送迎してくれる。400円。宿の送迎があるので、利用者はほとんどいないそう。 駐車場には、もういきなりヤギがお出迎え。5月に生まれたばかりの子ヤギが、人懐こくて可愛かった。

多良間島まもる君に見守られてる空港です。小さなお土産やさんと、あやしげな？コーヒースタンドがあります。 多良間アイスが美味しい。

琉球エアコミューター（RAC）のみが就航している小さな空港。 多良間村 という小さな村にある空港らしいのどかなカンジ。 それでも空港なので、手荷物検査 等は、普通にちゃんとやりますけどね。
