Back in 2010 we took a business trip to Japan. I was taken to an Italian restaurant, a German restaurant, and an American bar thinking i missed the western cuisine. They asked me “what would you like to eat tonight?”. I walked to the hotel concierge and asked “where would you do for dinner if you could go tonight? “. She said “Katana”. Great advice.... our sales managers card got declined and I paid for the meal but oh was it worth it.
