Crowded, since State of emergency is not yet lifted, social distancing are not fulfilled. although it is not a tattoo friendly, the one of your staff is rude and not able to say SORRY! My friend is going to bath and almost done relaxing then suddenly a staff asked her to leave immediately because they saw her small tattoo at asked not to take shower. There is no refund and we didn't enjoyed our relaxation here because like what i said its too crowded and cannot be able to enter ganbayoku because there is no space to relax yourself there.

This place is great and quite large with well-furnished equipment. However, it is too crowded with a lot of people in the same onsen-bath. I think I’ll not come again in this Coronavirus situation.

Nice relaxing place. The milky bath was the best. Nice way to enjoy a little break. Food was great to. Nice time.

I found this place to be too crowded. Couldn't fully relaxed when there are people everywhere. A lot of families and kids so definitely not for couples looking for some quiet me time. I had to line up just to use the hair dryer in the ladies change room. The baths and shower area are quite packed. I wouldn't visit again as there are other more relaxing Onsens
