I love Nana she's amazing I've gotten a bunch of tattoos done by her and artists from her shop and I love them all. She's very professional, the studio is very clean and the quality of work is great. I'm sad I'm leaving Okinawa and can no longer get anymore tattoos done here. I highly recommend it!

Hands-down, the best tattoo experience I could’ve imagined. Nana and Mia run a clean, inviting studio and have excellent command of their craft. The customer service and quality is second to none. The color work is downright spectacular, they thoroughly explore every new design, and I can’t see going anywhere else on the island for ink. It took me 25 years after my first tattoo to commit to a second and they got my trust to do the job. They get my highest recommendation for anyone looking for traditional Irezumi designs or custom work of any kind.
These incredible Ladies are so talented!!! I couldn’t ask for better Artists then these Ladies! The 5 month wait was a killer but it was so worth it! Just to see what Nana has been able to create! She is so extraordinary talented and for a FEMALE Japanese Tattoo Artist, I am blown away by her skills and I have many tattoos but none by a female artist. Their shop is very clean, neat, organized and inviting. If you are ever in Okinawa, Japan for a extended about of stay definitely book with either of them! We definitely will be going back! After getting a couple not so great tattoos I waited about 20 years to get more tattoos. I waited a long time to find a tattoo artist that had great quality work that I would be proud to show off. I am so glad I found Nana Nakagawa and her apprentice Mia Cat, their quality of work is exactly what I was looking for. Nana is amazing and does an great job taking the ideas you have and creates beautiful pieces that have great clean lines and great attention to detail. Mia Cat also does beautiful pieces with great detail. I would trust both of these ladies to tattoo me any day. I cannot say enough good things about these ladies. If you are looking for beautiful, good quality this is the shop to go! I highly recommend their shop and their work.
Nana and Mia are both amazing! Nana recently finished my sleeve and I am in awe of her talent. They are both so sweet and friendly and work to ensure that you live the art that is being put on your body. The shop is clean and inviting. I couldn't recommend anybody more than them!
I met Nana and Mia san through Instagram common friends and decided to get my simple but dreamy tattoo; later on my husband wanted to get a Japanese traditional style and I had no doubt: only a lot of satisfaction came out of it and proud to show off our tats!

I got my first tattoo with Nana! I waited some time for her to schedule to do mine but it was worth it because she is really good with colors especially watercolor tattoos! My husband and I got matching shisa dogs and we love it they’re so cool and pretty!
