This hotel is very reason I continue to stay at this chain of hotels. The staff is kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. This is exactly what I look for when I approach the counter at any hotel. The fact that they make a solid effort to make you feel welcomed says great things about the establishment. The room was fantastic and the complimentary breakfast had more than enough selections to keep most people happy. The purple sweet potato pancakes are amazing!!! I was extremely made by how clean the lobby, the restaurant, and the restrooms were. The location is great right next to the American Village. The executive lounge was nice also.

The staff here are wonderful! Helpful, nice and professional. I have stayed at hotels around the world and this has been my best experience to date. Great food, rooms and sunsets!
This Hilton is one of the best I have ever stayed at. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast buffet is top notch with a variety of breakfast and brunch foods. The Executive Lounge has snacks available the entire day through the evening. If you are looking for a full service International Hotel this is it. Great location to restaurants, American Village, Mall and military bases. Will definitely stay again.
the atmosphere was goodthe selection of food was good. I went with my children and 60 parents and we all enjoyed it. Precautions to prevent the spread of COVID19 at Hilton. there were hand sanitizers everywhere. we had our temperatures checked. we were asked to sanitize our hands and wear plastic gloves when we went to get our food. (buffet style) the tables were spread apart. Overall, we all had a great time.
4 start hotel! Great staff, rooms and service! Breakfast is second to none. Rooms with a great view. Look online to get the best rates. Walking distance to the American village with tons of food, movie theater, fun and shopping.
The first impression, the first contact in a hotel is important, and this is here succeeded. Thanks to Mr. Kotaro Yoshida, he did a great job. Starting with check in, excellent. We were very late, they bring us immediately to the Executive Lounge, do take the happy hour. Later the Nice Lady she did the check in, super friendly. The Executive Lounge team is friendly, sorry the whole hotel staff is friendly. The room, surprised, very modern clean, beautiful. Breakfast very full every day, but the team to a good job. Pool area nice and clean. The Hotel, Rooms, garden everything looks clean, modern style etc. What can I say, this is a place to relax and enjoy off days, Thanks to all. Only funny thing is, but nothing with the Hotel. I know in Europe, guest blocked the chairs on the pool in the morning, also this guy 06:55 in the morning. Okinawa – Europe ?
Amazing staff and amenities. Beautiful resort with all the luxury you could ever want. Breakfast is built for Kings. This is just an amazing resort. You will not be disappointed.
The hotel is very clean and the service was above and beyond. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurants that are in the hotel are amazing. They have a cute gift shop that is bright with some local delights. This a wonderful Hilton hotel.
