冷凍食品は食べられた代物ではない。 一般家庭で冷凍したように野菜は繊維が壊れてグズグズ、揚げ物はレンジ用にしても揚げる物にしても脂がベトベト。 魚も生臭い。 肉も臭い。 買い物の手間考えると便利なこともあるし、少量買いは店ては難しいので冷凍と肉魚主体のものは外して注文するか副菜だけ食べるなどしている。 10年近く前、使い始めた頃は美味しいものばかりだったのに最近質が落ちてる気がする。
