Tiny little airport. You can have meal watching airplane in this restaurant. I had mozuku soba, local famous dish, it tastes good.

奄美諸島の最南端 ほとんど使用されないからこそ、哀愁を感じる。ここで、悲しい別れがあるのでしょう。コーラルウェイを見ているだけでジーンときました。I was on the verge of tears. I know this is the gate way to Yoron. I say goodbye. I leaving for a far way town.This airport that feels melancholy.
僕は、飛行機が好きで、与論空港は近くで、離着陸を見れると言うのがでした！ ですが、フェンス外から航空機を眺めていると「危ないので、フェンスに近い場所には近づかないでください」と言われました。どこにも立入禁止とも書いてなく、普通に島民の畑などがある場所だったのですが・・・ こっちに注意する前にそっちが立入禁止とか、看板つけろっつーのwwwwwwwww 空港は最高ですが、周辺の説明?が足りない。 スタッフも根拠も無しに注意しないでほしい。 というので、3です。
鹿児島最南端の島に立地する与論空港。 ターミナルビルは平屋作りのコンクリートで南国を感じさせる。 非常にコンパクトな建物で、「空港」というよりも「飛行場」といった感がする。離着陸時は与論島の全体が見渡せサンゴ礁の真ん中に降りていく感じが非常に楽しい。
到着便が３機ですが、空港ビルの2階が送迎デッキになっており滑走路を見渡せる。空港ビルの中にはお土産店や食事処もあり、離島の空港の中では良いと思います。
