Lots of different cheeses from around the world. The gelato was very good and a reasonable price
Friendly owner, speaks good English. He is a sheep farmer, and produces fine goat's cheese. Not pungent but really creamy and delectable! There's also gelato if u wish to try some, including sheeps milk flavor! The pistachio was our fav though.
I absolutely love this place! They have a great variety of cheese, and everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They allow you to taste before you buy, and cut everything to the size that you want. As someone who is often buying cheese for one, it’s nice not to have to spend a huge amount of money on a full wheel of the cheese I like! The owner is friendly and loves to make conversation, even if you don’t speak Japanese. Overall a treasure of a shop
We were wandering around the Snow Festival and happened across this shop. What a wonderful place to find! The shop owner (and his staff) were so very wonderful. The cheese selection was amazing - and especially the Sheep Milk Frozen Yogurt they make! SO GOOD! Have cheese and great conversation.
This is the best gelato I had in Hokkaido! Of course it's a cheese market and don't get me wrong, the cheese is good in it's own right for sure! Excellent cheese and honey here, as well as charcuterie! The thing that kept me coming back over and over though was the gelato... I came back 3 times in 3 days just to try all of the flavors. Very friendly and personable staff that speak at least a bit of English to help you order. If I lived here, I would surely be a regular...
Had an amazing visit here - owner was incredibly helpful (and speaks English) and he helped me select some delicious local cheeses to enjoy back in my hotel. Sapporo is lucky to have a shop like this.
Delicious gelato! I got the sheep’s AND cows milk gelato! Super friendly lovely people serving you! I got the gelato quickly but there were some people at the cheese area so we didn’t get to try the cheeses. However if you’re in the area get some sheep’s and cows milk gelato! They make it everyday fresh!!!
