Dude was hella chill! We arrived within 45 minutes of closing (we called ahead so we didn’t rudely expect our boards to be waxed before the place closed) and the dude said he could do it first thing in the morning. Even though he doesn’t open until 1100, he said he’d let us come back at 0900 and he’d have the boards waxed and ready to go by then. Great service! Knows good English as well.

Top quality boutique shop, but quite pricey with rarely any discounts. Has a good selection of boards for average height/weight snowboarders. Clothing selection is small with limited sizes.

Walked in to rent a bike expecting something slightly "better" than a mama-charin (nothing wrong with them, I've owned two). Morohashi-san gave me instead a steel frame single speed hipster-mobile, which I came to love and had difficulty parting with. He sent me follow-up emails of routes to POIs and restaurant recommendations. Nice shop, fantastic manager, a model bike shop.

本日、スノーボードのブーツを購入させて頂きました 感想と致しましては星の通り5です！トラブルが発生していたそうでお忙しい中お伺いしたのですが、椅子を持って来て頂き、視野が広くとても親切な方でした。 また自分の足の特徴を聞き、自分に合うブーツを1発でご用意してくれたりととても経験が豊富な方かと思います。他のボードをやってる友人にもオススメしたいと思いました。 今度はビンディングを買いにお伺いします！その時はまたお願いします。今回はほんとに気持ちが良く楽しい買い物になりました！
