The completion ceremony was held on July 8, 2014, and the grand opening on July 26, 2014. It looks like a small amusement park with fun facilities such as the lavender hill, the dog dome, the putter golf course, and the Jabjabu Pond, which are very popular with children. There is also a pony link where you can touch the pony. It is a good idea to ride a horse on a dedicated lane in the Baba with a pony-drawn carriage.

Horse race and betting place in saporro.. well organised place and planned schedule races will held. Parking and refreshment rooms are available. Automatic betting systems are available.

近くの桑園イオンである程度買い揃えて芝生にシートを敷けばとても気持ちよく夏競馬を楽しむことができる(コロナ前)。またもいわテラスというのがあり、短時間ではあるが飲み放題があるのは酒飲みにとってすごく嬉しい。函館競馬場とおおよその作りは一緒だがパドックと本馬場の行き来がしやすくなっている。反省を生かしたのだろうか。
