The food was good and the prices were fair. My favorite bit of food was the green chili salsa provided as a condiment! The English speaking wait staff was friendly and helpful.

Old Review: The BEST Mexican place I've had while in Japan! Their fresh fruit margaritas are delicious!! You can decorate 1 and add it to the collection on the ceiling. It's right by the ginza. Great location! YUM!! Very small inside. Not a lot of seating room. Go when they open, 5pm!! Love this place :) Updated Review May 2019: New staff and food not as good! Disappointing

As a native Californian I know good Mexican food. This isn't bad at all. The portion size may be somewhat disappointing for Americans. The Margaritas weren't up to par.

Mikes is a great place to fulfill your Mexican food needs. If it where in Texas it would rank a bit lower but here in Japan it really hits the spot. The chips are made fresh, they have homemade hot sauce upon request and most dishes are pretty dang close to what you'd get back home. Mike's Tex mex's are sprinkled throughout Japan mostly outside US military bases, I've been to a few of them and they are really consistent. Thanks for the slice of home Mike.
