Just chanced upon this place. Absolutely fantastic food with friendly staff. Absolutely delicious spread of different types of top quality wagyu, and also a chance to try Japanese gyutang. Quite expensive at around US100/pax, but it’s cheap considering what you are getting, and absolutely worth it. Doesn’t make sense, I know. Just go. Your face would look like this:

A fun restaurant to go with friends and eat some good beef tongue (gyu-tan). Some of the meat was a little bit tough even for it being the tongue. But lots to choose from and their sea urchin/tongue roll is amazing.
