For all non Japanese mothers, this hospital is really a blessing. They have good English speaking staff and midwives with good understanding. Those who couldn't speak english have translator handy, so nothing to worry much. Hospital have 247 facilities of epidural and induced labour , so mumma's that's a big big relief. During 5 days stay after delivery, they will assist and train you for baby related stuff. The hospital will provide you with almost every amenities that one need during stay. So, nothing to carry much in the maternity bag. My experience was very comfortable and homely. So I would highly recommend to all those mothers who find difficulty in communicating Japanese...

以前に区の婦人科検診で利用しました。時間通りに行ったのに、受付の人に遅刻をきつく叱られました。先生も信頼できる感じで、病院もおしゃれでいいのですが、スタッフの人たちが総じて怖いので、常用はできないと思いましたので、それっきり利用してません。待ち時間がやたら長いのも考えものです。

あまりに嫌な思いをしたので、普段は口コミは見る派ですが、初めて書きます。 近くて大きな病院なので今まで我慢して3回いきましたが、もう2度と行きません。 いつ電話をかけてもかけ直すかこのまま待つかしろとのアナウンスが流れなかなか繋がらないし、繋がったとしても質問の返答まで15分以上待たされます。 受付の方も医師も対応がほんと粗雑。 医師の不手際により血が止まらず夜中に縫合しに行く羽目になっただけでなく、麻酔も効いてない中、うまくいかなかったからと一度縫った糸を抜き、別の糸で縫い直されましたが謝罪はなし。むしろ治療費を請求される始末。 医院長含め4名の医師に担当されましたが、どの医師も手際が悪く、器具が触れるときに痛い思いをしました。 看護師の方の中には稀に丁寧な対応の人もいましたが、様々な悩みを抱えて来院している身としては、悲しさと辛さしかなかったです。
