Saw the Winnie the Pooh exhibit here. Nice exhibit space, and compared to some other medium sized exhibit spaces in Japan, there were good sized walkways (some attributable to the layout of the particular exhibit, of course, but it was refreshing not to be in a never ending crowd of people).

Very nice building and facility. The museum is just the right size and they rotate a variety of exhibits. Right off of dogenzaka street, right next to Tokyu department store. A bit pricey but there is a nice wine bar next to it.
Fun to just sit and watch everything happen.
The Mucha foundation exhibition was well made. I really appreciated the room showing the influence of Mucha over the decades and in various fields. However, I put only three stars because I am concerned about the accessibility of the information provided there. Indeed, only the major signs explaining the theme of each room were translated in English. In the 21st century, in a big city such as Tokyo where many foreigners live and visit and especially for an exhibition about a foreign artist, I cannot understand why the pieces of information are not translated at least in English.
A beautiful museum that provides thoughtful touches for its patrons, such as throw blankets to wrap around the shoulders of patrons who are getting chilly.
