Blue Cheese Burger 1) The plate looks nice, with green and honey 2) The size for me is really too small. Even with the large fries (crispy and tasty), I could have eat 2 more burgers. 3) Nice taste for the burger, the blue cheese really makes a good difference. Honey is a plus but not mandatory, you can enjoy your burger like this. For me, too much lettuce inside compared to the patty size. 4) Overall was nice, I enjoyed eating the burger but not amazed.

The most authentic American cuisine I've had yet in Tokyo. Everything we ordered was spot-on. Staff service was professional and proper. Cozy little space. Would love to visit again.

The beef patties are encased in pork. Therefore if you cannot eat pork then there’s chicken, fish or veggie burger. As the others write the patty is chewy. You can taste chunks of hard fat. Some people like this while others don’t. Due to the shape of the buns I tend to always finish eating the top bun first and leave the bottom bun. When you eat the burger you will know what I mean by this. Fries cost extra for a small portion and unless you order a regular burger be prepared to pay over 1200 for one. Service is good and they try to make your one of a kind burger. Try ordering a blue cheese burger with no tomatoes. Add a bacon and ask to caramelize the onions instead of raw.

I thought my burger was a bit chewy but my partner enjoyed it - maybe just not my style. I had the chili bean cheese burger and he had the avocado with cheese. Staff was friendly and the fries were great.

Expectations were high with these reviews. This is a good place but it fell a bit short. No issue at all with the service or the interior. I got a bacon cheese burger and the garlic fries I saw so lauded in the reviews. It was a fine burger but I felt it was a bit unbalanced. The bacon chunks (yes chunks, not strips) were SO thick, more like ham, but very tasty and indulgent. Patty was juicy and yummy, if a little thin. Weighed a little too heavy on the salad as a result. Towards the end of the burger I tipped it out and ate it with a knife and fork because it lost a lot of its integrity. I'd still rate the burger highly, it's definitely still well above average. The garlic fries didn't meet my expectations at all. Granted, they aren't your typical fries; they are fried so much they're barely potatoes any more and have a crunchy, almost potato chip texture. But the result is really, really greasy. It was a bit like eating salty, solidified oil, and the garlic didn't help with that feeling. I like oily, unhealthy food as much as the next guy but this was like grease and nothing else. You'll still get a good burger and good service out of this place, don't worry. It's just that for the price I've had significantly better.
