Amazing doctors, nurses, and receptionist! Everybody was friendly and helpful even if we were foreigners!!! This is a reservation only hospital so do make a reservation first! The energy inside the hospital was not tiring at all.

We went to this hospital after I had been ill for a number of days. We were on holiday and only speak English. The amazing hospital staff were very quick to obtain an English translator on Skype and assist us in explaining the issues and obtaining medical assistance. We did not have to wait for very long and found the staff to be very helpful, kind and empathetic.
Useless hospital if you don’t speak Japanese. Even with all the traduction on my phone - they refused to help me - left me outside in the rain with 2 legs hurt and no way to go around the city. Just give me a phone number which does not work. If I could give less than 1 star I will. Totally useless, do not care about patients.
Great. Very friendly nurses and doctors. Had a little bit of language barrier, but they are really nice and patient. Able to meet all of our needs at hospital. Very clean and safe area
This hospital is not welcome foreign patients!Because the doctor can not speak English, although the nurse can, they are unwilling to treat you, whether it’s emergency or not. Giving the hospital one star is too much. This should be closed by Japanese government as soon as possible.
