The food is okay. The dish I had, chipotle Chicken cream, was tasty enough. The place is full of bottles of booze primary bourbon and whiskey. Happy hour only applies to drinks. But it was a bit small. Notice the size of everything compared to the straw. The 5 teeny-tiny tortillas were 380 extra. They also made me purchase a drink. I don't like sugary drinks and I didn't feel like alcohol. This is a terrible policy! Receipt doesn't reflect menu prices. Sure, it might be tax, but if it is it should clearly say so in the menu or on the receipt.

I was born and raised San Antonio, Texas, USA -- arguably the birthplace of TexMex. Is this diner the same as Texas TexMex? No. But it's close enough to give me a taste of home whenever I'm feeling homesick. It was a really cool touch that they played classic rock. It reminded me of a very popular radio station back home that played 90's and 2000s rock on repeat (99.5 Kiss FM). The decor is extremely close to a small TexMex diner in Texas too. The Fajitas were really tasty. It was a little interesting to see that sauce placed on top of the fajitas, but even still, the sauce added good flavor. The meat was tender and it seems they marinated it longer than some places even back home. The rice wasn't traditional Spanish rice which is a bit odd, but I I'm sure it's hard to get true Spanish rice in Japan. The only thing I wish they included was at least one (everywhere back home includes two if you're ordering a regular plate) homemade tortilla. I wasn't aware that they even had tortillas, but someone mentioned they did, or I would have gladly paid for them anyway. It's pretty much a requirement when you eat TexMex. All-in-all, this is a very good find for anyone like me feeling homesick or anyone who wants to try TexMex with a Japanese twist. I was wholeheartedly surprised and impressed with how good this place is. I go to Japan annually and you can bet I'll be back.
