Had more hair in the drain, carpet and on the floor of the bathroom then in my head, and I was just checking in at the place
very close to Ueno station but calm area. nice clean and comfortable (but may feel a little smaller than you expected).
I visited from the US. This place was great. The staff were extremely helpful, the location is great, and the bunks were comfortable. I recommend staying here if you need a spot to stay while visiting.

Good price. Skin care provided only in ladies floor. Spacious room space (not bed). Avoid peak hours from 9pm to 10pm for shower room. Washing machine (300yen), dryer (100yen), detergent (100yen). I advise you guys not to use the dryer. It never dry out your cloth. Staff arent all friendly, only certain does. Capsule height is a little bit too short. Knocked my head several time. No early breakfast for guest even they are already set up everything. (Doesnt matter actually). You can go to convenient store nearby.
Very friendly staff, efficient and professional. They made our stay very enjoyable.
Nice hotel. We had the five person bedroom. No toilet in the room but the shared bathroom was super clean. Close to everything
