Beautiful setting in the traditional Japanese house, with lovely French fusion cuisine. The Japanese elements fussed with French technique and cooking style are the best in Gifu. That’s why we had a fabulous night over there on a summer evening.

Wonderful place, people, and food! It has no English menu (yet) but the waitress and everyone were very patient, understanding and friendly. We didn't know precisely what to order so they came out with a menu especially for us: a set of many different and tasteful dishes for 4500, dessert included. Every single aspect of the restaurant was perfect, so it was worth it. The restaurant is a typical Japanese one, with several rooms from which you have a view on the inside garden. But you eat on a high table, which was quite a relief for our Occidental knees... Thank you very much for welcoming us as you did. Best restaurant of our trip so far!
かれこれ10年〜8年ほど前に2、3回お邪魔しています。 お料理は及第点と言う感じでした。 美味しいんですが、お値段の割には、という感じでした。 今ではだいぶ変わってるかもしれませんが。
「雨音」「あまね」と読みます。 お料理はどれも独創的で、時間をかけて仕込んださまざまな食材を美しいお皿に盛り付けられており、「目でも美味しい」ものばかりです。 オーナーは若いころから多くの現場で下積みをされたそうで、和洋中どの分野のものもこなせるだけでなく、それらを折衷させた新しい味を提供して下さいます。 お好きなジャンルのお料理を注文するのもいいですが、「おまかせ」という形で、その時の旬な食材を使った料理を出していただくこともできます。 おまかせコースは5,000円からで、予算に応じてオーナーがお料理を提供して下さいます。 また、オーナーはとても気さくな方でお料理の説明を丁寧にして下さるだけじゃなく、大きなカラダ全身を使ってユニークに表現して下さるとても楽しい方です。 個室で静かにお料理を楽しむのもいいと思いますが、オーナーとのおしゃべりを楽しみたい方は5席しかないカウンターのお席がお勧めかもです。 2020年9月
古民家をオシャレに改装した品の良いダイニングバーでした。元気な大将が印象的でした。
美味しくいただきました。コロナの為にぎやかな宴会出来なかったです。古民家調で良かったです。
