It was great stay. The owner is too friendly and he helped us a lot in guiding around the places. It would have been good if warm water available in room itself. Also, one of our friends lost wallet, but owner kindly returned back. Overall great experience ️

Great place to stay. Owner was talkative and supportive. At the time of booking they explained very well. You can book room without card details and can cancel without heavy fees. Rooms were clean and neat. Rope way is on walking distance.

Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Great hospitality as soon as you walk in the door. Very clean, great art work, rooms are comfortable and the owners make every effort to make your stay special. Great home cooked meals, especially delicious dinner made by Bo! :) Kieren is a connoisseur of the local adventure scene and a great guide of the beautiful nature you’re surrounded by. Look forward to heading back soon!
Great hotel with traditional Japanese rooms. Ozzy host is great fun and a superbly helpful host. The food was excellent with lots of choice and accommodating vegan options too. Amazing walks and thermal springs nearby also. A snow sports paradise in winter. We loved it.
Looking for a great snow lodge in Gunma to crash with your friends? Look no more, Tenjin Lodge is the place to be. This lodge has a great vibe and is very communal. Comfortable rooms, community lounge area, delicious home-cooked breakfasts & dinners, fully stocked bar with draft beer on tap, hot bath area, and table tennis. Tenjin Lodge caters to skiers and snowboarders with facilities to dry your gear after a long day of smashing pow. They have rental gear if you need it, and they are located right across the street from Tenjin mountain. The community of people who operate the lodge are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and also serve as ski/snowboard tour guides for the mountains in the area. I very much enjoyed my stay at Tenjin Lodge and hope to return with a crew of my friends next time.
