I have no idea why the reviews are so low... this place is outstanding. The ion facial was fantastic for the summer heat. I also got Botox which was also wonderful. Great results, go here!!

Today was my first time visiting the clinic for acne treatment. The receptionist and doctor were friendly and helpful. The doctor asked about my skin history and explained why acne occurs. She started me on a prescription gel and antibiotics. I felt like she really listen to my concerns. I'll be going back for a follow up in three weeks. I'll update this review then. UPDATE: The medication they gave me helped me and cleared up my acne. Overall, I felt comfortable at the clinic and the doctors and nurses were polite. I would recommend coming here.

予約時のメールやり取りで不安な気持ちになったので、キャンセルしました。 指のレーザー治療なのに、洗顔していただくかもと返信が来たため確認したところ返信が、 失礼しました。ご来院お待ちしてます。 とだけ。本当にこれだけでTo:も名乗りも文頭に無しでです。 間違うことは構わないのですが、その後の対応がとても残念でした。もし私が担当者なら人に謝る時もう少し丁寧なメールを書きますよ。 施術の時にこういった部分が現れても、失礼しましたと機械的に言い放つだけで何も責任取ってくれないだろうなと思いこちらにお任せするのはやめました。施術内容的にも妥協できるものでは無かったので。

口コミがこんなに低い理由がわかりませんが 受付の方も親切で丁寧でした。 人気の皮膚科なので少し待つ時があります。 私は、皮膚科の先生のおすすめでこちらに シミ取りレーザーを受けました。 とても優しい先生でしたし、術後の事も 説明してくださいました。 また、シミ取りの時にはこちらに相談したいと思っています_

蕁麻疹が出て診療時間内に行ったのに、４日先まで予約でいっぱいだし、予約を取らないと診察できないと追い返された。。。 具合悪い人を診察できない、他の医院や病院にも回さないなら、美容皮膚科だけにして、診察してますって言っちゃはダメでしょ。他の口コミにもあったように、受付最悪。

受付は恐らくパートなんでしょうが態度が最低です。大きな声で押さえつけるような接客で、一人で来ていた中学生らしき子に対してもとても高圧的でした。 女医の方はとても丁寧に症状や薬を説明してくださったのですが…受付の方は程度が低いです。残念。
