Shoyu Cafe on the first floor of Ehrismann Residence is place for your relaxing day. And the must is raw pudding. Fresh pudding with caramel syrup and egg yolk are very good combination. The best of the world. It's so amazing when you make the chicken lay down the egg on the pudding by yourself.

Passed Ehrismann Residence every day during my walk about after lunch . A residence with great history . It is under renovation. Opposite it is a French style cafe .
